Future Leaders Outreach Network (FLON) is a community capacity-building organization. For over ten years, FLON has provided developmental opportunities for youth between the ages of 10 and 21 as well as parent abstinence education workshops.

We build the capacity of youth to make healthy decisions about their lives so that they can focus on purusing their dreams of success.

We reach out to the community in a variety of ways. Including, but not limited to:
  • Local middle and high schools facilitating abstinence until marriage classes
  • School assemblies
  • Youth development training for professional youth workers
  • Annual PYD Rally and Community Summit
