Everyone involved is Committed, Accountable, Responsible, Engaged and Enthusiastic about educating, empowering, empowering and guiding our youth toward achieving their highest potential and thereby ensuring our community its future leaders.
At FLON we say that teens and young adults are the future Emerging and Aspiring Global Leaders and Entrepreneurs Soaring to new heights.
FLON is always seeking men, women and young people to volunteer at various program activities and community events.

General Volunteer: No experience necessary. Complete administrative tasks, help put materials together, take inventory of supplies, assist with community outreach and fundraising.
Pursuing MY Dreams Event Volunteer: One year experience necessary. Assist with monitoring students, sign-in, lunch, name tags, etc.
Program Facilitator: Experience facilitating necessary. Lead groups of students through the evidence-based abstinence education curriculum in schools, community centers, and faith-based centers using a positive youth development approach.
Media Marketing Volunteer: Experience with social media necessary and experience with website design preferred. Keep website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram updated. Create posters, brochures, business cards, etc.
Service Learning Coordinator: Experience preferred. Connect students with service learning opportunities in their communities.
Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator: Experience preferred. Recruit and manage volunteers in the office, at program sites, and during special events.
Together we are the F.A.M.I.L.Y. – Fathers, all Adults, and Mothers Involved in Leading Youth, who will provide the support youth need to move toward adulthood safely with the skills, interests and assets that are developed inside their families and communities.
